1. What's your warranty policy?

Please read our Warranty Policy. You can also contact us via email for more details on the warranty process at support@aurzen.com. For projectors bought from authorized resellers, please contact the relevant sales channels for further information.

2. How do I get my projector repaired within warranty?

Within warranty, Aurzen is liable for maintenance services. Please contact us at support@aurzen.com with the verified information below:①Order Number. ②Registered Email. ③Return Product Name & Quantity. ④Detailed description of the issue. ⑤Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging.

3. How can I extend the warranty on my Aurzen projector by one year?

To extend the warranty on your Aurzen projector for an additional year, please visit the official Aurzen website at aurzen.com. Navigate to the Extend Warranty section and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. Once the registration is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email verifying the one-year warranty extension. This additional coverage will be activated immediately upon receipt of the confirmation.

For purchases made on the official Aurzen website (aurzen.com), please read our After-Sales Service Policy.For purchases not made directly on the official Aurzen website, please contact the retailer or online platform used for refunds and exchanges.

2. How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact support@aurzen.com first for detailed guidance on returns and exchanges. Once the returned item arrives at the Aurzen warehouse for inspection, we will begin the refund or exchange process.

3. When will I receive my refund?

Please note that returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed, and all returned items are verified and inspected by our team. Once we confirm your return, the refund processing time from Aurzen's side is always 24 hours. Since different payment methods have different processing times, the refund time depends on your bank's official processing time.

4. Can I keep the 'free' gift when returning items that came with a separate gift at purchase?

No. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. If the customer does not return the gift, Aurzen will deduct the gift value amount from the refund.
